The database provides site location information for more than 38,000 centers across the U.S. Based on data from the Directory of Major Malls and Competitive Analytics Professionals, the dataset includes geographically summarized counts of shopping centers by type, marketing position and size, as well as lists of tenants and their contact information. When combined with data analytics and geographic coding, this database provides users with a powerful tool for understanding the retail landscape across the U.S.
