Available Positions

Director, Contracts & Legal Affairs

Environics Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Director, Contracts & Legal Affairs to review and draft contracts, proposals, and other agreements and manage IP and trademark applications and renewals. JD or foreign equivalent in Business Law or related field. One year of experience in the following: drafting and reviewing Service Level Agreements, licensing agreements and professional service agreements for customer subscriptions and licensing of software, data and related services, and creating enforceable contracts with the involved parties; reviewing partnership and/or supplier agreements; reviewing reseller agreements; working with US and applicable international laws related to data privacy; and maintaining intellectual property and trademark portfolios. Option to work from a home office located anywhere in the U.S.
